Corporate Matters was established in 2001 by Suzanne Morgan with the vision of providing lawyers and law offices with specialized corporate/commercial law clerk support on a cost-effective basis. Since its inception, Corporate Matters has worked with over 50 law offices to better service their clients.  Our office prides itself in delivering excellent detailed-oriented service and strives to “get it right the first time”.  We enjoy providing informative and positive communication with clients, legal staff and other business professionals.  Our goal is to use our extensive knowledge of corporate/commercial legal operations to become an integral extension of your legal firm and to provide friendly, competent, and punctual service.

Suzanne Morgan has over 30 years of experience as a corporate/commercial law clerk, is an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Professional Searchers of Records.  She has studied at Retter Business College, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.
